Emma Armshaw is the Marine & Coastal Policy Officer at SWAN (Sustainable Water Network). She holds an MSc in Marine Biology from UCC, where her thesis used spatial prioritsation to model how Ireland can meet the 30% MPA coverage by 2030 target, and an MSc in Global Governance & Public Policy from University of London. She previously worked in the UK Parliament, leading international democracy strengthening projects on inclusive and accountable politics around the world.
