We are travelling along the Irish coast meeting the people that rely on our seas. In Connemara, we met up with John Brittain who has run a sea-angling business out of Clifden for over thirty years. During our conversation we hear about his connection to the sea and that his livelihood depends on its health. John welcomes Marine Protected Areas but says they must include “the proper management, communication and consultation with all the people that use our seas“.
Our thanks to John for taking part.
